Halloween Table Decorations

Last week I discussed an "orange" themed Halloween party and now I will share with you some Halloween party tips for Halloween table decorations. These tips are easy to make and inexpensive to produce.

With all my events, regardless of whether they are serious or gala fundraising birthday parties whimsical, I always keep an element style, hip and class to your table décor. Even when I use props inexpensive items such as Halloween display this Halloween, I yet to combine with more plush items for Halloween or natural too.

There are so many choices when looking at the decorations for Halloween. What I like to do is collect items for the Halloween season and then on November 1st, back to the pharmacy or store and party supplies pick-up what's left and inexpensive. Nothing makes me feel better than getting good deals at low prices on Halloween decorations. I make sure to buy items that I will have utility and that are easy to store in my box of party planning design, a subject that I discuss in the budget Bash - Simply Fabulous Events on a budget.

To create the whimsical table decorations for Halloween this article I use the following:

Gold organza fabric for a runner - You can buy any type of fabric and make a table runner, scrunch up fabric unfinished down the center of the table or use pinking sheers and cut a runner for one or two times the use (uses more are possible if you are careful with the fabric). For this table, I used a runner from a previous event and scrunched down the center of the table.

I collected the following decorations for Halloween at the end of the season a few years ago and have kept these things in my box planning part of the design. These Halloween decorations are cheap lights twinkle candy corn, candy dishes, decorative orange votive candles in glass votive candle holders, mini buckets, plastic pumpkin and witch hat. I may have spent a total of $ 15 for all of these items for Halloween and used them for the last three seasons.

While I was picking up dinner at the market, I caught a bouquet of sunflowers, color rust mums, Halloween candy and mini-pumpkins. A fun idea is to create mini pumpkin center and sides (if you have time) to create votive candleholder. If not, do what I did and just add them to the table as a decorative element.

Decorate the table was quick and easy. I just crumpled Table Runner and nested candy corn lights twinkling with the runner fabric. I placed the hat the witch in the center of the table (I stuffed in the center of the hat with a paper bag to stand right), filled the candy dishes with Halloween candy, placed the ex-voto and pumpkins on the table and then placed loosely sunflowers on the table. To add a little orange and yellow elsewhere the table, I took two small blue vases and placed in these mothers.

To create the look of the Halloween decorations table was not long at all and I coordinated my purchases of food with him. An added bonus to this decoration of the table is that it can take several days. Remember to unplug the lights when you're not around the table to prevent any type of electrical hazard to occur and if you have pets who like to jump on your table, dining room, you may want to remove the candy and flowers loose both when you're not in the room.
