Wine labels personalized wedding favors.?

Can anyone help me out. I want my own labels for bottles of wine to give as gifts. We use the small bottles of 375 ml. I try to find a model with MS Word or Avery can be a model to create. I'm not sure what size labels I need. If you has a good color printer, then go to your local office supplies and found Avery in a size that will address labels on the bottles that have (for measure the labels of wine and then go to the store). Then, as you said in MS Word, you can use Avery templates for designing the labels and just print them and paste Em!
