Help with decorating ideas for wedding favors tin heart?

I'm getting married May 09, bought the heart favor boxes that IM Kissables Brand Chocolates filled. our colors burgundy and ivory. Im trying to think of how easy or cheap to decorate the outside of my heart boxes.
